    The Atlanta-based Closing Specialist will drive the internal sales and sales support project checklist to facilitate the aircraft transaction process from contracting through delivery, ensuring a world-class experience for clients selling or buying aircraft.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: DRIVE THE PROCESSES FOR PRIVATE JET TRANSACTIONS FROM "HANDSHAKE TO CLOSING”!

    • Provide clients with a flawless aircraft purchase/sale experience, orchestrating every aspect of the contractual, title transfer, and program transfer processes
    • Draft brokerage and acquisition agreements for client projects
    • Assist sales with INTERNAL review, comments, and light drafting of legal documents
    • Manage all external parties in the project (legal, escrow, vendors, etc)
    • Own transaction communication and document flow while assuring the train leaves the station on time
    • Schedule and facilitate closing calls
    • Frequently and consistently communicate status of transactions with sales lead and other relevant team members
    • Continually evaluate and improve project processes to expand the client experience while maintaining the company's efficiency and profitability

    • Ability to independently follow up with tasks and see them to completion
    • Handle confidential matters with discretion
    • Exceptional communication skills on the telephone ands in person with clients and third parties
    • Nimble and flexible - not be easily flustered by frequently changing transactions
    • Have an independent spirit, with a team mentality
    • Enjoy challenging assignments and the opportunity to learn new skills

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Intimately familiar with transactions, preferably with high-net-worth individuals
    • Experience managing complex projects with a team
    • A client-focused skillset, combined with a comprehensive understanding of the brokerage/acquisition process and the procedures required for successful project execution
    • Skilled with Mac Operating System and MS Word/Excel/Acrobat/Zoho/Dropbox experience preferred
    • Strong writing and communication skills
    • Number of Years of Related Work Experience: 10-15
    • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree and/or certified Paralegal
