HVAC Technician needed for Northern Virginia

We are looking for an HVAC technician with at least 3 years of experience. Technicians with gas fireplace experience are a plus but not required. You must be honest, on time, and hard-working.

Position Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Northern, VA

Qualifications

· Must be a U.S. Citizen

· Must pass a background check once hired

· Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience

· High level of customer service

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
