OK Carz is a fast-growing company seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to fill our newest Business Development Representative positions.

Though Business Development Representatives are not involved in monetary transactions, this is considered an entry-level sales position. It will teach you to succeed in Sales; the highest paid profession in the world, while enjoying both the stability of a base hourly wage and the upside potential of a healthy monthly bonus.

DESCRIPTION

OK Carz Automotive Business Development Representatives follow up with prospective customers who have inquired about OK Caz services, successfully describe those services, and create appointments for those interested to visit one of our 9 Central Florida dealerships.

Interested prospective customers inquire through phone, text, online chat and email. The Business Development Representative both receives the prospective customer’s information and reaches out to them through our state-of-the-art CRM designed for high-volume communication.

Business Development Representatives Work directly with the BDC Manager to manage business development systems and consistently improve team performance.

• Field incoming phone, chat, and email inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for prospective customers to visit one of our 9 Central Florida dealerships.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Document prospective customer communications in our CRM system.
• Maintain accurate record of results.
• Research customer histories to identify areas of opportunity.
• Generate daily and monthly performance reports.
• Analyzing personal statistics and performance to identify areas of opportunity for consistent improvement.
• Represent our company in a friendly, professional manner.

VALUABLE TRAITS

Though prior auto-sales, automotive business development experience, or customer service experience is a plus, the most valuable tools for success as a Business Development Representative are a strong work ethic and friendly personality.

SCHEDULE

The OK Carz Business Development Center is open 6 days per week (Mon-Sat) from 9 am to 7 pm. Our Business Development Representatives work 5 days a week, being off every Sunday and one weekday. Our shifts are from 9 am-6 pm and 10 am-7 pm with a 1-hour lunch break. All OK Carz Business Development Representatives must be available to work either shift as needed for coverage. The schedule of shifts is posted 2 weeks in advance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be sales-oriented and goal-focused.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Must be available to work shifts starting as early as 9 am.
• Must be available to work shifts ending as late as 7 pm.
• Must be willing to work most Saturdays. (We do our best to rotate Saturdays off for those interested.)
• Must be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.
• Must be trainable
• Background checks and drug screenings are required. (OK Carz is a drug-free workplace, medical marijuana cards cannot be accepted in lieu of passing a drug screening.)
