We are looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Location 750 E Sample Road B3, Pompano Beach, FL33064
Sales and Customer Service Representatives, or CSRs, will act as liaisons, providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems our customer accounts might face accurately and efficiently.

· Generate sales leads.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas!
Skills Required
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proven customer support experience or background as a Client Service Representative.
· Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
· Strong phone contact handling skills with the ability to actively listen and articulate information effectively.
· Customer orientation and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and customer needs.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
· Effective communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
· Ability to handle customer complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions, and ensuring resolution.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
· Detail-oriented with the capability to keep accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
· Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed expectations.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
· Experience in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for efficient customer management.
· Ability to effectively manage customer data, input information accurately, and maintain data integrity.
· Proficient in creating and delivering digital presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Able to use Microsoft Office
Language
· Must speak Haitian Creole
· English
· Spanish is a plus.
