Job Description

Olson Precast Company, a Precast Concrete Manufacturer located in Rialto CA, seeks a qualified and professional Sales & Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Underground Construction Industry.  Applicant must be detail oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and manage time effectively.  Strong computer skills and the ability to read and understand Project Plans and Specifications are also required. 

Sales Responsibilities include:

• Material take-offs from Project Plans and Specifications
• Estimating and preparation of quotations
• Bidding and selling projects to General Contractors

Project Management Responsibilities include:

• Preparing submittal packages for General Contractors
• When required, prepare resubmittal packages responding to all Project Engineer’s comments
• Working closely with Contractor’s Project Managers to meet schedules and assure customer satisfaction
