Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Job description:
● Confidently assess a patient's mental health and recommend a treatment path. ● Understand the psychodynamics of mental illness.
● Know when a psychiatric intervention is necessary.
● Provide clinical assessment including behavioral Health diagnosis and referral as needed
● Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, crisis intervention. ● Provide individual, family, mental health and/or substance abuse therapy.
The successful candidate must be licensed Psychotherapists and post masters/pre-licensed clinicians with previous experiences in the field to join our dynamic team of mental health specialists. This person will assist in providing psychological and behavioral assessments, diagnostic intakes, schedule sessions and provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population. This candidate will work closely with our team to design treatment plans that maximize customer satisfaction. The right candidate will also have prior experience in psychiatry and possess the ability to create treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Must be culturally sensitive and comfortable to work with BIPOC, LGBTQ+. Bilingual is A plus

Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Masters’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Pre-licensed social worker/mental health counselor
Licenses: LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, MSW, MA
