O'Malia's Living is seeking to fill a newly-created Sales Associate who will represent high-quality. luxury goods in fireplaces, patio furniture and grills in our Carmel showroom. The selected individual will work with leadership to deliver an extraordinary customer experience while also developing a deep knowledge bank in both technical and design skills.
The Sales Associate is a professional level position requiring relationship-building skills, a sold understanding of customer service and sales, and project management skills. The Sales Associate will follow a sale from start to finish working with the installation teams and ensuring a quality experience throughout. The Sales Associate attends regular training and is an expert is his or her industry.
Our showroom has been recognized as best-in-class by leading industry trade magazines and O'Malia's Living has been named a Casual Living Powerhouse Retailer for 5 straight years. Our team attends multiple buying shows each year and we maintain several exclusive relationships.
The successful candidate has previous sales or customer service experience and is comfortable working with homeowners on both technical and design features to also include measuring and estimating home products. He or she is willing to learn and develop new skills regularly and stay up to date on industry developments. The Sales Associate is willing to work weekends or evenings as necessary as well as travel to customer homes as required.
