4 Aces Towing & Recovery has an immediate need for an experienced OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join their growing team.

DUTIES:

• Make outbound calls to sell company products
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients
• Negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account installations

REQUIRED:

• Must have minimum of 3 years' experience
• Knowledge of wrecker business, heavy duty parts and/or commercial truck sales
• Current customer base in SE Texas area
• Must have a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Must be able to work in a high-pressured environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
