    Katch Kan is looking for a dynamic FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE who is looking for opportunities to grow client base in the San Antonio, TX region. Katch Kan offers a generous base salary for the sales representative plus a car allowance.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
    • Develop new opportunities with existing Katch Kan customers, as well as prospective customers through effective analysis of rig activity data and feedback from all customers
    • Develop weekly action plans and schedules based on budgeted criteria to achieve specific goals and to enhance rig based customer relationships
    • Provide new leads, customers and activity notes to the CRM on a daily basis, and provide scorecard on a weekly basis
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals stemming from field activity
    • Discover sales prospects and contact them with other accounts as assigned
    • Establish and maintain materials relating to sales and knowledge of current products
    • Maintain customer records using automated systems
    • Stay abreast of industry news and trends, especially for the assigned region and for current and prospective customers
    • Use industry knowledge and work in collaboration with the Rental & Sales Manager and the US Operations Manager to prioritize and target key companies and key individuals
    • Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers
    • Take part in events to market the products such as seminars and trade shows
    • Discover and handle concerns from customers; deal with complaints as required
    • Help the company implement its marketing plans as required
    • Maintain expense reports, sales reports and other paperwork
    • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
    • Work Assignments carried out to the highest quality level
    • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Essential

    • Knowledgeable in the products and services that Katch Kan USA offers
    • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
    • MS-Office literate and good computer skills

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Essential

    • 5 years' experience in oilfield sales
    • Residence in area of responsibility.

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
