The UX DESIGNER will leverage a data-driven process to create original creative assets, adaptations, and A|B testing variations. This person has a proven creative track record producing high-quality creative work. The UXD will be responsible for the graphic development of social media posts, digital ads, short animated videos, emails, landing pages, and other digital applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digest input from briefs to create creative concepts
• Decide on specific colors, images, text, styles, and layouts
• Draw images and illustrations by hand or with design software
• Implement style, shading, art, and other highlights to designs
• Use design, animation, and editing software
• Keep up with the latest design trends and techniques
• Collaborate with other web developers, graphic designers, content writers, etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a marketing agency environment
• Excellent with conceptualizing projects
• Exceptional artistic and design skills
• Proficient in advanced front-end coding knowledge
• A body of engaging work that has lead to measurable results

While we would be happy to have you join us at our headquarters in beautiful Miami, Florida, we'd be equally delighted to work with a highly qualified telecommuter in this role (with the occasional visit).
