WHAT THE ROLE IS:

As a Consultant with our Business Management & Digital Innovation team, you will work with our clients as a trusted advisor to turn their biggest business challenges into success stories. No matter the problem nor the industry, ONE12th consultants come in with a listening ear, a fail-forward mindset, and a mission to achieve tangible outcomes.

Our Business Management & Digital Innovation team oversees the following services:

• Product Management
• Solution Delivery
• Agile Delivery
• Agile Transformation
• Change Management
• Design Thinking
• Rapid Prototyping
• Program & Project Management

HOW YOU'LL HELP:

• Contributing to complex, cross-functional engagements that will require alignment of key stakeholders, management of risks, and driving towards agreed-upon business outcomes
• Driving alignment of solution definition, strategy, and roadmap amongst stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members to manage week-to-week solution delivery, scope changes, budgeting, and risks
• Developing and testing new approaches and/or prototypes to be leveraged to enhance and meet product goals
• Partnering with organizations to implement best practices and methodologies
• Owning processes and workstreams within an engagement to lead to project success
• Working with technical counterparts to ensure clarity of business requirements that will drive the development of technical solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of professional experience managing complex technology and/or operations engagements, projects, or products
• Alignment to our core values: Integrity, Quality, Courage, and Win-Win
• Demonstrated business and technology acumen
• Understanding and experience solving real business problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A track record of delivering outcomes
• Experience working in a team environment
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States
• Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of experience at a management or technology consulting firm
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
