    JOB FUNCTIONS: 

    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution 
    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information 
    • Manage incoming calls/emails 
    • Open and maintain customer Salesforce cases by recording account activity information 
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions 
    • Ensure every customer interaction is friendly and professional.  
    • Provide demonstrations of our platform via phone or screen share

      

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    • 3-5 years technical support/customer care experience 
    • Familiarity with Salesforce 
    • Proficient in Office 365 
    • Communication skills – this role relies heavily on both written and verbal communication when interacting with customers and directing team members 
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 
    • You are someone who always “Finds a Way!”  this role requires significant problem-solving skills
