    ** About the role:**

    ONErpm is looking for a Global Music Project Manager/A&R Coordinator based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA.

    As part of the ONErpm team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of A &R and marketing staff members. D ay to day activity will include marketing and A &R responsibilities detailed below. _

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing

    • Manage new release calendar and calendar for west coast live events

    • Ability to write marketing plans for new releases

    • Collect, organize and distribute artist assets

    • Oversee catalog migrations

    • Communicate with other project managers on other SF priority releases

    A &R Coordinator

    • Research Artist trends based on genres: World, EDM/Dance, Reg Mex, Latin Alternative)

    • A&R Meetings – Organization of all materials to be played back through DISCO or Audiomovers

    • Organize A&R meetings calendar, proposals

    • Various ad-hoc projects and reports as required

    • Leverage data, insight and social discovery to expose talent

    • Source under-the-radar talent in all genres

    • Review all incoming submissions

    • Identify and source early producer/songwriter talent

    Qualifications required:

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the responsibilities listed above

    • Strong work ethic, great organizational skills, detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask on an evolving workload

    • Must be knowledgeable in Global Urban, Latin Alternative & New Regional Mexican music

    • Must be a fast learner with ability to retain detailed information follow specific instructions

    • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively follow through

    • Bilingual English and Spanish

    • Familiarity with Chartmetric, Socialblade, Spotify For Artists, Amazon Music For Artists, AMP, Luminate, Shazam
