• Run the show on your shift — making sure every picker, packer, and forklift driver is in place and on pace.

• Be the link between our client and our workforce, keeping production goals met and problems solved.

• Own daily headcounts, reports, and safety checks like a boss.

• Handle recruiting, onboarding, and coaching with confidence.

What you bring:

• Experience in staffing, HR, or warehouse leadership.

• Energy, hustle, and the ability to juggle 10 things without dropping the ball.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.

• Comfort in a warehouse environment where action never stops.
