Summary:

The Billing Analyst II is responsible for generating invoices by collecting data, applying contract prices, applying tax, and gathering approvals. Will also be able to modify non-complex billing models.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use and modify non-complex billing models.
• Calculate applicable shipping costs & sales taxes.
• Obtain all necessary approvals.
• Track new & shipped jobs.
• Prepare reports for management, as needed.
• Complete special billing requests from Client Services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SQL Server Studio and the ability to create and run queries a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and follow-up habits are essential
• Superior Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables, conditional formulas (if, sumif), v-lookups, etc
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize
• Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
• Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work
• Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
