Responsibilities: • Effectively enforce project standards in accordance with PCA guidelines. • Maintain safe procedures and practices on job sites. Manage project timelines, including completing touch-ups as needed. • Coordinate and manage the painting team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects on time and within budget. • Interact with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project. • Address challenges and unexpected issues that may arise during the project, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track. Qualifications: • Bilingual preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. • One (1) year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficiency in various computer software applications such as G Suite, and CRM software. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
