OP Clinician
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks a full-time Outpatient Clinician for their Easthampton Outpatient Clinic! Responsibilities include providing clinical services to assigned client caseload (including individual, family and group therapy), conducting CANS, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans according to timeframe specifications. Other duties include documenting and maintaining client progress in the agency EHR system and producing reports and documentation for third party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements. Occasional travel is required for this position.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
For independently licensed clinicians: LICSW/LMHC or Licensed Psychologist
Familiarity with trauma-informed care
Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
There is a stipend for bilingual Outpatient Clinicians of $2,000 on top of the base salary.
$3,000.00 Sign-on bonus - $1,500.00 paid after 6 consecutive months of active employment and $1,500.00 after successful completion of a 12-month probation period. (*Certain retention timeframes do apply.)
