What You'll Own
Design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual, high-cost processes
Build prompt-engineered automations using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or GPT-based systems
Own capacity planning and labor forecasting — e.g., reduce cost-per-investigation by 30% while
maintaining quality
Create KPI dashboards leadership can rely on daily
Standardize processes into scalable SOPs that survive growth
Align operations with finance to protect margin at every stage of scale
Example Project A government client needs 500 background checks completed in 30 days. You'd:
You're the Right Fit If You Have... ✅ 5+ years in operations leadership at a service-based or high-growth company ✅ Direct experience scaling a business — operationally and financially ✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms — if you've used ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to automate parts of your job, you already do prompt engineering ✅ Strong financial acumen — margin, cost control, and forecasting are second nature ✅ A track record of replacing manual processes with smart systems ✅ Startup, BPO, SaaS, compliance, or government contracting background preferred Investigation experience? Not required. We'll teach you the business. You bring the operational and technical firepower.
