Receptionist

Option 1 is currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Receptionist. In this role you will be the main point of contact for guests while multitasking to triage incoming calls, emails,and mail distribution. Responsibilities:

• First point of contact greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive

• Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate staff member

• Receiving and distributing mail

• Excellent communication skills

• Quick learner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year Receptionist/Front Desk experience

• Computer savvy
