OPTM Sports and Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical therapy in Santa Clara County. We provide sports and orthopedic rehabilitation to active people of all ages. Additionally our Restore: Women’s Wellness Center is located at our Willow Glen location. Restore specializes in treating cancer-related physical limitations as well as women’s health and other musculoskeletal therapies.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail oriented, multi task individual who excels at customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, time management, teamwork, and administration skills. You must be able to work both independently and in a team setting.

We have two full time positions Monday thru Friday from 9-6 pm. You will learn all about insurance companies, verification of benefits, authorization process, workers compensation, PPO plans and Medicare. Your day is filled scheduling new patients, scheduling regular appointments, daily and weekly assigned tasks, and communication with our referral sources. There is some flexibility in the schedule, but you must be able to work until 6pm. We currently have openings in both our Los Gatos and our Willow Glen facility.

This position offers you experience in both customer service relations and healthcare administration. You will learn all the fundamentals that will be with you through the rest of your career. Compensation starts at $16 per hour and is dependent on the selected benefit package and experience. We offer Blue Shield and Kaiser as well as Delta Dental and VSP vision, paid holidays and vacation time.

Experience with Microsoft office and customer service and an AA or equivalent is required.
