Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced OR / Circulating Registered Nurse for a per diem assignment in Westminster, CO. This role supports adult orthopedic surgical cases in a fast-paced operating room environment. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable circulating independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate for orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient case flow

• Prepare and maintain the operating room, including equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies

• Verify patient identity, consents, and preoperative documentation

• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to surgical safety protocols

• Document intraoperative care accurately and timely

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff

• Support room turnover and readiness for scheduled cases

Requirements

• Active Colorado RN License

• BLS Certification

• OR / Circulating RN Skills Assessment

• Background Check

• Colorado Adult Protective Services Clearance

• Valid Driver’s License

• Current Tuberculosis Screening
