    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Independent Dental Lab Sales Reps are responsible for representing our product lines directly to dentists and dental practices. Primary responsibilities include providing customer service by selling dental lab services (restorations/products), meeting customer needs, providing technical support to our customers, and generating new business.

    As a business builder responsible for your territory your key tasks will include:

    Building an in-depth understanding of our lab’s restorations, product technologies, and dental applications

    Becoming a customer liaison to provide laboratory expertise to dentists

    Supporting for dentists on special cases and case planning

    Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.

    THE CANDIDATE

    Oral Designs is looking for an exceptional Independent Dental Lab Sales Representative - 1099.

    Experience in B2B sales or clinical dental experience

    Excellent communication skills and ability to create rapport over the phone.

    Organized and self-disciplined

    DUTIES

    Proactively research, identify & pursue prospective new accounts

    Manage leads, information, and sales activities

    Prepare and send information to prospective customers

    Follow up/close potential sales (i.e. demo requests / webinars)

    Must be able to work well in individual and team environments

    Rewarding Commission only structure.
