    As an account executive for Orcca Logistics, you will work closely with top sales executives on established accounts to drive revenue. You will start in a training program to understand the industry and assist in the customer's needs. After training you will focus on identifying and growing new and existing business.

    Compensation:

    $45,000 - $70,000 + uncapped commission

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize effective communication skills

    -Negotiate rates with customers and carriers

    -Generate sales leads and sales opportunities

    -Tracking and updating clients on shipments

    -Analyzing data and market trends

    -Prepare shipping documents

    Skills:

    -Account management

    -Cold calling

    -Business Development

    -Problem solving

    -Communication

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of sales experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field

    • Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
