    Job Description

    National family owned 3PL looking to hire Customer Service Representative for their WC drayage operations based in LA County. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

    · Experience in Transportation/Drayage Customer Service

    · Knowledge of LA/LB Terminals is a MUST

    · Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

    · Candidate must be capable of multi-tasking and strong organizational skills are a must

    · Professional manner in dealing with all customers and co-workers

    · Previous transportation system experience preferred (TMW system experience a plus)

    · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products especially Word and Excel

    · Desire to learn new computer & quality systems

    · Responsible for delivery order entry

    · Checking Container Availability

    · Scanning

    · Appointment Scheduling at Terminals

    · Customer/Terminal Communication

    · Must have devotion to customer satisfaction and accurate work

    · Self-motivated with a positive attitude

    · Team work oriented individual

    · High school diploma required college degree a plus

    · Prior work experience required – 3 year’s minimum

    · Bi Lingual Applicants a plus
