We are seeking to add a talented SENIOR CDP SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (REMOTE) to our team to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop requirements, assessments, and specifications for the governance and management of the CDP, including raw data sources, integrated datasets, metadata, operational data stores, and analytical data.
• Execute data validation and QA, always advocating for data quality. Ensure that data utilized by stakeholders is accurate and fresh.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of responsibility providing necessary technical perspective and insights
• Lead the growth and expansion of the CDP, with clearly articulated problem statements and goals. Own accountability for the successful execution of the projects, working cross-functionally to ensure solutions deliver against defined business problems and objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience and leadership across a wide breadth of technologies and competencies, such as AWS cloud, ETL/ELT design patterns, data governance, building and managing enterprise data lakes, architectural integration patterns & APIs, and structured and unstructured data
• Direct experience managing a major business platform (CDP, ESP, CRM)
• Familiarity with data dictionaries, formatting API requests, and interpreting responses
• Experience with identity resolution, specifically with web-based tracking through Tags/Pixels and Cookies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

• Direct experience with CDPs, DSPs, Marketing Automation and Predictive Analytics is a plus
