Job Title: SFDC Sr Developer Location: Irvine, CA

The Senior Salesforce Developer will perform low level design, configure, develop, test, and deploy on Salesforce platform. The Developer should possess strong salesforce.com development experience and a proven track record of delivering on-time software projects in a dynamic environment. Experience in fast-paced working environment, matrix organization, or other complex situations, is a must. Experience around Salesforce APEX platform, SQOL, SQL, and Web Services is a must. Salesforce certifications and experience with Lightning preferred. You must be adept with data analysis, manipulation and transformation, data cleansing and exchange of data into Salesforce.com, advanced Salesforce programming, and handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously as required. The Developer will be working with scrum teams to process features and design functional solutions. Duties will include:

Collaborate with Functional team to establish how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for platform knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform
• Provide input and expertise on platform and solution security
• Provide expertise and guidance for API integrations and data migration.
• Team Development: take on leadership roles to expand overall team capabilities
• Development: Should be able to Design, Develop, Test and Deploy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Min 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Design and hands-on Development.
• Completed at least 3 Salesforce Implementations - end to end implementation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
• Programming Languages – APEX, VisualForce; Proficiency with/familiarity in SOQL, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java, or C# a plus.
• Strong experience on the Lightning platform and developing lightning web components (Both LWC and Aura)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client stakeholder management.
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment with multiple skill set levels.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations on tasks.
• Able to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues, including the ability to facilitate decision making by clearly representing complex technical subjects.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Agile development practices and working in a Scrum team (certification a plus)
• Experience with web integrations utilizing either SOAP or REST API

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Sales and Service Cloud Consultants
