    Trustmark is currently seeking a Manager, Case Building, to join the team. This is a hybrid work arrangement position with 3 days in the office in Lake Forest, IL, and 2 days remote.

    This individual will be responsible for ensuring that Group enrollment files are loaded appropriately and lead the investigation of problems that lie with Velocity and enrollment processing failures. Manage the daily operations of the team, creating performance metrics, providing continuous feedback, and conducting quarterly performance reviews. Will be an advocate for our customers and will work with both internal and external customers to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Management of team. Create team metrics, and set challenging individual goals. Conduct performance reviews quarterly and provide continuous feedback to team members; educates/trains/coaches team on best practices.
    • Ensure all case configurations meet the required timelines and all company standards are met; research and resolve issues.
    • Advocate for customer. Works with internal/external teams, and outside partners/vendors to ensure we meet the needs of our customers; manages exceptions; analyzes cases.
    • Work with Implementation team, Senior Business Analyst, and other areas as needed to create and implement
    • Improved workflows, or system enhancements to improve the customer experience.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years related experience.
    • Experience managing, mentoring, and coaching associates.
    • Demonstrated experience in quality management and process improvements.
    • Demonstrates consultative solutions in customer problem solving.
    • Technical aptitude. Ability to learn technical systems and software.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

    Preferred

    • Prior experience using enrollment software.
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of insurance products.
    • Project management skills.
    • Velocity knowledge.
