    POSITION OVERVIEW:  Our IT team is growing and is currently looking for a SR DYNAMICS ENGINEER.  We have recently chosen Microsoft Dynamics as our enterprise CRM platform and are currently in the process of migrating our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions across our multiple lines of business onto the new, centralized platform.  We’re searching for an experienced Dynamics professional who is highly skilled, creative, passionate about technology and driven by achieving excellence. 

     

    THIS POSITION CAN BE ENTIRELY VIRTUAL/REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME AND THE INDIVIDUAL CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE US.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide subject matter expertise for Dynamics and Azure cloud technologies while proposing, designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions to fulfill business needs.
    • Partner with the business to understand their needs and work with them to define requirements and demonstrate the Dynamics capabilities in order to implement the best solution.
    • Help to design, develop, and support a Customer Service Agent Desktop within Dynamics 365.
    • Lead discussions with various users across the business, along with other IT areas and 3rd party vendors.
    • Assist in developing various integrations with other existing business processes and applications.
    • Operate as a mentor and lead within the Dynamics team.
    • Defines and analyzes software requirements to determine specifications and standards.
    • Collaborate with project team on the development and design of applications.
    • Coordinate with testing team on resolution of identified defects.
    • Incorporate user feedback into the application/product design.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Strong intellectual curiosity
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
    • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience (preferably cloud based Dynamics 365)
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills
    • Willingness to function in multiple roles throughout the design, development, and implementation process.
    • Experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, etc.
    • Experience with various data sources, integration mechanisms, and security and best practices for them within Dynamics 365 and the related Microsoft Azure technologies.
    • Experience with Microsoft DevOps, both defining and implementing processes and best practices
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
    • Related Microsoft certifications (or a willingness to pursue those certifications)
