    JOB OVERVIEW:  Atlas Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and versatile candidate to join our Avail team! The candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The Move Coordinator’s duties include the following:

    • Arranging and scheduling services
    • Interacting with agents and operations personnel, and communicating regularly with clients and end-line customers
    • Maintaining system updates and documenting monitoring steps
    • Providing exceptional customer service during the relocation process
    • Entering shipment orders in the Atlas system and tracing all stages of the order
    • Contacting various agents and vendors involved to ensure servicing parties understand all move management requirements

     

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE & HOURS: Full-time position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  Possible overtime during peak season.

    Required Skills

    • Bilingual French and English (verbal and written)
    • Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Ability to balance multiple tasks and analyze data for errors
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, agents, and other outside organizations
    • 2 years Customer Service/Call Centre Experience an asset
