TEAT JOB

<full-time, part-time, on-call>, <hours/week>

HealthFitness is looking for an Test Job at our client site located in city/state. In this position, you will support the managerial and professional staff with a variety of office functions that include, but are not limited to data entry, typing, scheduling, office supply ordering and inventory, assisting/substitute at front desk as needed and member relations problem solving.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Responsibilities include office supply inventory/ordering, internal record keeping, general mailings, staff business cards/nametag ordering, daily mail distribution, and coordinating promotional material distribution.
• Maintains updates/printing of membership forms, cards, new member packets, ensuring an adequate supply is available at all times.
• Performs work processing tasks and creates/updates spreadsheets. Develops Power Point presentations as requested. 
• Coordinates schedule for weekly/monthly meetings, luncheons and celebrations. Manages conference center reservations.
• Maintains uniform inventory and coordinates distribution process.  
• Provides administrative and staffing support for internal programs, membership drives and special events.
• Performs customer service and member relations management.
• Performs front desk duties on a substitute basis, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE 

• Associate’s Degree in a business related field and two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Adult CPR/AED and first aid certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong computer and typing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of individuals both within HealthFitness and the client organization. 
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. (REMOVE IF DRUG SCREEN NOT REQUIRED AT CLIENT SITE)

COMPENSATION: $XX/Hour - $XX/Hour/Class/Salary. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
