    Position Summary:

    EILEEN FISHER is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of CRM Systems to join our dynamic team. As the Manager of CRM Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology stack. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing customer engagement, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our overall customer experience.

    In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, implementing, and supporting digital marketing solutions that encompass Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email campaigns, and other DTC marketing initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technical and business users to understand requirements and translate those into digital solutions working with business, IT and vendor partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • CRM Technology Management
      • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM tools and platforms.
      • Evaluate, select, and integrate new CRM technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
      • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other systems.
      • Continuously monitor and optimize CRM technology performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Data Strategy and Management
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to capture, manage, and leverage customer data.
      • Implement data quality controls and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
      • Identify data gaps and work with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and enrichment processes.
      • Segment customer data based on various criteria to enable targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Team Leadership and Vendor Collaboration
      • Work with business partners to identify need for CRM systems with the goal of maintaining a system architecture that leverages industry-standard tools / systems.
      • Maintain architecture and integration documentation related to digital marketing systems.
      • Ensure that digital marketing solutions effectively work with existing SalesForce Commerce platform, Merkel CRM, Responsys and other Martech technology systems.
    • Production support
      • Ability to go into applications and understand their data models and structures to diagnose production support issues.
      • Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • * 8+ years of digital marketing systems experience.
      
      • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape as well as industry best practices, development methodologies & standards
      • Solid programming skills around data transmission methodologies including tools such as SQL and cloud based architectures, AWS preferred.
      • Experience working with below desired:
        • XML, JSON, EXCEL, CSV, FLAT FILE formats
        • SQL queries
        • Amperity
        • Redpoint
        • Merkle
        • Responsys

    **
    **Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or 6 years of equivalent experience

    This is a remote position with occasional travel to Irvington, NY.

    The hiring salary range for this role is $125k- 150k/year dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including health and retirement benefits, generous PTO, wellness reimbursement and clothing allowance.
