    LOCATION: NEW DELHI, INDIA

    PATH is looking for a highly motivated, analytical professional possessing a ‘will do attitude’ to work with the dynamic Digital Health team and support the program work in the South Asia region including but not limited to India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar, as well as South-East Asia region including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Laos. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work and contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful work in digital health space across, strategic planning, use of digital for health system strengthening, multiple health programs and the disease landscape. In addition, the role would also be an interface with the global/regional teams and country offices in PATH, as well as external stakeholders including key donors, partners, and government agencies. This position will report to the Director, Digital Health, South Asia and will support management of the digital health portfolio. The expected skills, include but are not limited to, partnerships development & management; donor identification & engagement; proposal writing & review; project planning & management; and facilitation at various levels.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIPS

     

     

    • Work closely with Director Digital Health to help design digital health interventions across various building blocks of Health Systems
    • Map external stakeholders and identify strategic partnerships that increase PATH’s impact in digital health.
    • Conceptualize and take forward collaboration with external organizations that includes financial and non-financial partnerships.
    • Conduct landscape analysis for new focus areas as and when required.
    • Contribute to development of concept notes and proposals that aid fund raising for digital health.
    • Formulate transformative ideas for health ecosystem through digital interventions including primary / secondary research, landscaping assessment, conceptualization, design, and implementation oversight.

     

     

    PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

     

     

    • Identify project milestones and track key deliverables development in coordination with Digital and project management team.
    • Plan program schedule and activities across various projects within the digital health portfolio
    • Create program reports for donors and internal and external stakeholders with inputs from the project implementation team.
    • Support in the creation of project presentations for donor updates and meetings
    • Work across multiple time zones and project verticals

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    • Minimum of 6-9 years’ experience and demonstrated skills in Digital Health project management and team management.
    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable graduate school. Master’s degree in management or public health will be an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
    • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
    • Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
    • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-site organization and in a team-based structure.
    • Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.

  • Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • A degree in Human Resources, related field along with progressive experience.
    • Working knowledge of Human Resource practices with expertise in talent acquisition, FMLA/ADA, new hire orientation and on-boarding.     
    • Demonstrated experience in providing proactive solutions to human resource issues.      
    • Demonstrated experience in employee relations investigations in collective bargaining agreements is preferred.
    • Exercise good judgment in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
    • Ability to analyze and diagnose problems, develops alternative solutions, and recommend and implement an effective course of action.
    • Ability to influence and build relationships both within and outside the organization.  
    • Communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings, and foster an open, honest and trusting environment, concisely, both in writing and verbally, and to actively listen while gathering information.
    • Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
    • Proficiency in systems, Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.
    • Effective verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English skills required.
    • Polish speaking is a plus.
    • Work is generally performed within a business environment at a plant location, with standard office equipment available. This position may be required to walk in a food manufacturing environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or finger, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer.
