DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT THE INTERN WILL COMPLETE:
The intern will be responsible for helping craft the visual identity of the malaria portfolio, including collation of assets in a user-friendly and user-intuitive mechanism.
DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND GOALS OF THE INTERNSHIP:
The intern will have the opportunity to practice skills in cross-cultural communication, strategic marketing, knowledge management, and visual branding.

This internship is an opportunity to work with a cross-disciplinary team to support an important visual identity mechanism from ideation to deployment.
HOW WILL PERFORMANCE BE EVALUATED?
Each week, the intern and supervisor will set weekly goals and actions to achieve them. The intern will report weekly what they worked on the week before, identify areas of support or direction needed, and their plan for the upcoming week.

B.A./B.S. preferred. Five to eight years' experience in marketing communications. Familiarity with marketing principles and the creative process including web and print design. Demonstrated ability to lead a project, manage internal and external team members, resolve issues under deadline pressure. and juggle multiple tasks. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team atmosphere that includes colleagues, administrators and senior staff. Keen attention to detail. Higher Education and/or in house agency experience preferred.
