    Our IT team is looking for a DISASTER RECOVERY ANALYST. Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and successful delivery of Trustmark's Disaster Recovery (DR)  program.  Collaborates with key stakeholders to evolve disaster recovery maturity and increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Disaster Recovery program.

     

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Integrates IT processes, procedures, guidelines and controls to govern DR effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices to support Trustmark requirements.
    • Ensures appropriate monitoring, vendor services and governance of service availability is in place to meet Disaster Recovery and company requirements.
    • Ensures DR plans along with system run books, procedures, and supplemental documentation are properly maintained and readily available for the established technology platforms.
    • Tests developed plans to ensure they effectively meet Trustmark's RTO/RPO objectives.
    • Analyzes metrics, benchmarks and milestones relevant to Trustmark's DR program.
    • Works closely and aligns with IT functional IT teams, IT Security and Business Continuity teams.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of disaster recovery experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of disaster recovery experience required.
    • Strong Knowledge of relationships between IT Disaster Recovery, IT Security GRC and Business Continuity Planning required.
    • Experience in supporting complex projects, and preparing status and presentation documentation required.
    • Understanding of IT technical platforms, ITIL strategies and Business Continuity Practices preferred.

    • Ability to accurately perform basic math computations
    • Ability to enter data into reporting system.
    • Very good at performing accurate checks and maintained accurate records
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • Approachable and team oriented, creating a positive work environmental
    • Combined prior experience in manufacturing, quality control and on the job training.
