POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Digital Analyst, you will support the company’s customer centric strategy and data-driven decision making. This position requires strong digital and direct-to-customer analytics experience to provide actionable, insight driven analysis. You will provide weekly reporting and insights to multiple aspects of the business, fusing behavioral data, business KPIs, customer analytics, and marketing metrics into actionable recommendations for the business teams. You will leverage strong relationships across many functions including but not limited to CRM, Finance, IT, Marketing, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Digital Operations and Customer Service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify traffic trends, abandon | | issues, and opportunities for improving site conversion rates. | | Provide strategic insights and recommendations to increase site | | conversion and drive site improvements. | | - Create behavioral flow analyses and funnel visualizations of various | | user journeys | | - Collaborate with members of the team including buying, | | merchandising, creative and marketing to provide analytic support to | | measure performance. Guide end-users in identifying key performance | | indicators for their areas then build appropriate reporting that | | provides insights into the performance of initiatives and approaches | | within each area. | | - Perform online & offline transactional data analysis to provide | | insights into category growth, promotional performance, customer | | segments, customer loyalty and lifetime value. | | - Provide routine in-depth analysis of different marketing channels | | such as email, paid search, organic search, affiliates and display. | | - Monitor and analyze media campaign performance and provides | | strategic insights. Lead efforts in online attribution analytics. | | - Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our | | analytics capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends and drives | | new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals. | | - Validate data integrity and troubleshoot any data related/tagging | | issues | | - Performs other related duties and assignments as required. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Required Skills Required Experience
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
