Under immediate direction performs a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

• _ Tend production line by watching for equipment malfunctions or product defects, loading raw materials into equipment, unloading work in progress or finished product and moving materials to and from the equipment._
• Unpacks raw materials for use in production and packs finished product for storage and shipment. 
• Notify lead or supervisory staff if unusual operations identified.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in production area; maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with existing policy.
• Comply with organization policies including, but not limited to, safety, good manufacturing practices, food safety, employment and work rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• 0 – 2 years of similar work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
