    As the largest Moving transportation service in Canada, Atlas Van Lines, situated in Oakville, ON is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service Move Management Coordinator.  Our services are growing exponentially and this is an excellent growth opportunity for the right individual.

     

    As the newest addition to our team, you will eventually head up a segment of business for one of our largest and most valued customers as the business grows.  You bring with you a dedication to service and focus specifically on exceeding your customer’s service expectations.  There is a specific move management process in place setting expectations of service but we expect this individual to provide their vision for change with the ultimate goal in providing a superior service exceeding all performance measurements.  If you are creative, adaptable and ready to work with an existing team then this is the place for you.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Focuses on arranging services related to the relocation process, interacts with customers, regional agents and operational personnel
    • Providing clear and direct communication with the relocation family, clients and operational personnel
    • Tracks all stages of the relocation making sure that all service partners understand their roles and expectations of service
    • Follow up with Clients on the success of service delivery, including survey completion and quarterly reporting

    Required Skills

    Qualifications and Experience required:

     

    • 3 years serving customers in a similar responsibility
    • A good understanding of the geography of Canada
    • Fluent in French and English
    • The ability to effectively communicate with customers via skype, text, telephone and email in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner
    • Adaptable, with the ability to learn new systems, process and web based technologies used throughout a moving process to communicate will multiple service partners
    • Proficient in MS Office with strong keyboarding skills
