    Position Summary:

    Starting pay is $16.00/hr.

    Perform all phases of warehouse operations, such as receiving, shipping, putting away merchandise in stock, performing cycle count, picking and packing orders, and various other duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Warehouse.

    Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Utilize company Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and scanners for the receiving, put-away, tracking, picking/packing, replenishment and stocking of goods accurately.
    2. Receive merchandise and sort by style, color and sizes using scanners in company software system.
    3. Put away received product and returned product in a manner that facilitates picking.
    4. Refurbish all returned product to its original condition from returns & store transfers.
    5. Re-ticket and re-tag product as needed.
    6. Load freight to be shipped & unload in-bound freight/trucks.
    7. Prepare outbound shipments and keep proper records of day-to-day shipments.
    8. Conduct cycle counts, semiannual counts and annual physical inventory.
    9. Ensure that box counts match with the SPS manifest and obtain all necessary signatures from the drivers upon pickups.
    10. Communicate to other departments and outside partners via MS Outlook (email) and other technology.
    11. Must be able to palletize, stack and sort cartons from LTL Carriers and SPS Carriers.
    12. Contact SPS Carriers as needed.
    13. Maintain supplies for all SPS machines and call for service as needed.
    14. Maintain and upkeep organization of work areas.
    15. Assist other teams as needed.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Prior related experience required. Experience at EILEEN FISHER, Inc. or similar warehouse is a plus
    • Effective communicator and team player, focused and flexible
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Experience working with RF scanners/ similar technology
    • Ability to operate manual or Electrical Pallet Jack is required
    • Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs from truck or warehouse floor to other locations is required
    • Ability to reach shelves using stepping stool or ladder is required
    • Ability to access all areas of the Warehouse, including mezzanine platforms is required
    • Knowledge in Warehouse Management System & Microsoft Office Software is a plus

    • Bachelor's degree required with at least eight years' work experience. Advanced degree desired.
    • Entrepreneurial and dynamic individual with a commitment to advancing University/Industry strategic relationships and partnerships.
    • Academic Corporate Relations, Development, and/or Fundraising experience with increasing levels of responsible scale and scope required.
    • Success aligning corporate gift and philanthropy interests with University programs and achievement establishing, securing and sustaining valuable corporate partnerships required.
    • Experience developing a portfolio of prospects and soliciting gifts aligned with the University's programs and strategic goals.

    • Ability to gain credibility and trust with multiple layers of complex organizations from the University to corporations. Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with all levels of staff.
