Our headquarters in Bluffton OH is looking for a full time Branch Operations Coordinator.     The Branch Operations Coordinator provides oversight to, and assists management with daily operations of CNB branch offices. Supports the branch's ability to meet customer demands by verifying adherence of established policies, operational and security procedures, and regulatory compliance. Understands and encourages the use of technology in everyday banking interactions. The position improves the branch delivery channel by developing a more knowledgeable Platform staff including Branch Mangers, Customer Service Representatives and Tellers. The Coordinator will work to ensure all branches operate efficiently and uniformly, promoting 'relationship banking' and delivering better customer service. 

    Required Skills

    Candidates must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and possess demonstrated ability to devise creative and innovative solutions to problem solving. The Coordinator position requires proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based training methods. Time management and organizational skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision.

    Required Experience

    Individuals interested in this great opportunity with CNB should have 3-5 years branch banking experience and strong knowledge of branch operation procedures. Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
