    The **Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness Center, **managed by HealthFitness, is **** hiring for an experienced Whole Health Lead to join the Whole Health Department in Northwest Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for working with and leading individuals and groups throughout the facility in a purpose driven process to facilitate and empower the associate to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. You'll will help to support the overall Whole Health team/program, deliver facility supervision, and recovery related direct-member programs and services within the recovery suite area.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Helps coordinate programming within Whole Health to maximize participation, outcomes and customer satisfaction.
    • Supervises recovery suite areas. Interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
    • Assists with the scheduling, engagement, delivery of all Whole Health programming and training of those delivering Whole Health programming.
    • Facilitates recovery modalities as needed in the recovery suite and reception of the recovery space. Provides direct program services in a variety of areas (e.g., cryotherapy, treatment, hydrotherapy, etc.).
    • Interacts directly with client employees and family members. Facilitates individual and group behavior change programs including health improvement programs and meeting presentations.
    • Gathers program outcome data and measures results. Evaluates and reports on program effectiveness in meeting objectives and makes recommendations for future program enhancements or modifications.
    • Provide Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities as needed.
    • Other duties as needed/assigned.

    Role Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, health promotion, health education or related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion/education programs, or equivalent combination of education or related experience.
    • Experience in the areas of health education, health coaching, nutrition, mindfulness as related to program delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
    • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
