    Cornerstone Relocation Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas World Group, has been delivering high-touch, employee-focused mobility solutions for 30+ years.  We are seeking a motivated accounting professional with a very high attention to detail.  The ideal candidate should be a team player comfortable with meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Relocation Accounting Analyst performs financial tasks supporting the Client Finance processes.  This position provides exposure to various levels of colleagues internally as well as suppliers and offshore support.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Conducts audits for service fees to ensure they comply with client contract and policy
    • Works with Consultants, Directors, Suppliers and offshore support to answer questions and facilitate the expense administration process
    • Collaborates with Corporate Accounting to facilitate the batching of vouchers and processing of checks, ACHs and wires
    • Audits final billing packages for home sale closings and prepares final home sale bills for invoicing to clients
    • Facilitates the monthly recurring payment process to ensure timely and accurate processing of time sensitive employee and supplier payments
    • Prepares pre-move cost estimates for domestic transfers

    Required Skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    Required Experience

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar discipline or 3-5 years’ relocation expense administration experience
    • 1-3 years of accounting experience
    • Experience working with relocation management software a plus
  • Qualifications
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
