    Osi Vision is seeking an Automated Unit Vacancy System (AUVS) Support Specialist to in support of the Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Division (ARNG-HRR) located in Arlington, VA. This is contingent upon award of this Contract.

    Overview of Support: The Support Specialist manages vacancies for ARNG units and troubleshoots vacancy issues to assist in enlistments.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reviews all top loads for each state, analyzing Unit Manning Report (UMR) management to determine correct utilization of excess Soldier fill rates. Prepares to transition to IPPS-A as systems sunset and functions are transferred to IPPS-A.

    • Provides direct support to all 54 states and territories with requests for assistance in AUVS and REQUEST systems. This will include new requests for access, lockout assistance, manager inquiries, and trouble ticket creation for system trend analysis.

    • Provides AUVS and REQUEST training by region. Training is conducted quarterly in different SMAG Regions.

    • Researches and analyzes all errors reported in AUVS for a MOS not showing in KEYSTONE. This includes all errors from systems not communicating from new systems integration to such as IPPS-A and AIE. Provides corrective data to HRC for inclusion into the job tables. Validates grade migrations in REQUEST and forward to AUVS NCOIC for execution.

    • Analyzes AUVS vacancy positions that fail to load, to include new systems integration to such as IPPS-A and AIE and forward the error to the appropriate State/Territory for correction. In the event of systems outages, conducts manual processing. This will include missing position data and failed top loads. Identifies a position in REQUEST that does not match the AUVS UMR and provide analysis and feedback to the appropriate States and Territories for correction.     • Provides data collection by State and Territory of authorized and assigned positions, vacancy management reports and AUVS usage reports for further analysis by leadership. Specific details and data requested for reports will vary based on the needs of leadership or end Government user but will be confined to the systems and/or databases listed in this section of the PWS.

    • Creates, utilizing the necessary databases, a rolling and continually updated report of each State and Territories authorized an assigned MOS, skill levels 1-4, and vacancy control numbers, as well as a report listing training seat availability for each MOS. These reports will be continually updated for each State and Territory with the most recent data available.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have 3 to 7 years of experience in Army/ARNG Personnel Management.

    • Must have an Associate’s Degree.

    • Final SECRET Security Clearance.

    • Must be a United States Citizen.

    • Travel as required and approved by the Government.
