Job Description

100 % Remote from home- PST Time zone. 

Technical Writer will support the technical writing and training for the Salesforce application.

Will collaborate with the product manager, communications team, and other SMEs from the core team to author technical documents, training materials, support the launch of new systems, process, governance, and change for the program.

Good understanding of salesforce, to navigate efficiently in the systems.

Experience writing user guides, quick start guides, frequently asked questions, recommendations, experience working with new functionalities and the roll out process etc.

Good communication skills
