Requirements
Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
Certs REQ: BCLS
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience in home health care, early intervention, or inpatient settings is preferred.
Knowledge of case management processes and medical terminology is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children with special needs.
Ability to develop rapport with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding of their challenges.
Familiarity with speech therapy techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
