ENTRY-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION

We are seeking experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to assist in the growth of our company. Representatives must be high-energy individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

As a representative you will be serving clients via virtual meetings and be a point contact to create an ongoing relationship. Representatives attract potential clients by answering products and service questions, making recommendations, as well as process and prepare correspondences.

THE POSITION IS REMOTE AND THE CANDIDATE MUST BE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT. We are looking to fill multiple Customer Service Representatives with advancement opportunities.The schedule is Monday to Friday with varying shifts. (Occasional Weekends)

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Contacting clients
• Explaining products and services information
• Answering questions and resolving issues.
• Identify and assess clients needs
• Provide recommendations based on clients needs
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
• Provide excellent service to clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• High energy, outgoing personality and excellent presentation skills
• Experience using CRM systems and processes
