CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR POSITION
We are seeking experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR to assist in the growth of our company. Supervisors must be high-energy individuals capable of working in a fast-paced environment and assist management in overseeing a department of customer service representatives.
As a Supervisor you will be serving clients via virtual meetings and be a point contact to create an ongoing relationship. Supervisors attract potential clients by answering products and service questions, making recommendations, as well as process and prepare correspondences. Supervisors are imperative to the company culture, future growth and overall success of our customer service representatives.
THE POSITION IS REMOTE AND THE CANDIDATE MUST BE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT. We are looking to fill multiple Supervisors with advancement opportunities into upper level management. The schedule is Monday to Friday with varying shifts. (Occasional Weekends)
