TRAINING PHASE

• First 6 Weeks With Trainer

• Pay: $650/week guaranteed during training

• Upon completion, you transition into a full-time CDL-A Driver position.

PAY & COMPENSATION (After Training)

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000/week

• Weekly Mileage: 1,700–2,000 miles

• Equipment: Dry Van

HOME TIME & WORK EXPECTATIONS

• Home Time: Every 2 weeks

• Shift: Day & Night shifts

• Weekends: Weekend work required

• Holiday Expectations: Plan holiday home time in advance

• Operating Area: Eastern U.S.

  • Main lanes from IN, IL to the Southeast U.S.

• Favorable Lane Info:

  • Eastern region only — no Western states

• Unfavorable Lane Info:

  • Winter weather in northern areas

REQUIREMENTS

• Trainees welcome — No experience required

• Must have a clean MVR

• No SAP

• Must pass a hair follicle drug test
