    OUAI is a rapidly growing prestige brand that reflects founder Jen Atkin's simple philosophy – “Life is hard. Looking good should be easy.” Our product line-up categories include hair care, body care, fragrances and supplements. OUAI products are sold domestically at key retailers such as ULTA, Sephora, Target and Kohl's, as well as online at the company website and Amazon. Our products are also sold internationally.

    Reporting to OUAI's Education Director, The Education Coordinator will play an important role owning key tasks and activities that ensure the smooth running of the department and education programs.  

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Place and track gratis orders with Operations teams for external and internal events
    • Order supplies and ensure accurate on time delivery
    • Assist with research for proposals and special projects as needed
    • Ensure education assets and information for all new launches is distributed both internally and externally
    • Track budget and educational expenses
    • Manage and update education calendars
    • Assist in planning and organizing small to large scale training and education events
    • Schedule new internal employee trainings
    • Manage Master Product File by 
      • Updating with any new SKUS 
      • Reflecting any discontinued SKUS 
      • Liaising cross functionally to ensure timely addition of information is added to designated tabs

      

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • 6+ months relevant work experience  
    • Strong writing, editing, organizational and interpersonal skills 
    • Proficient computer skills— Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment 
    • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks 
    • Beauty Enthusiast a plus
