This is an exciting Leadership opportunity for a full-time Creative Lead of Presentation Design, to be an integral part of our dynamic creative team at OUTKREATE.

Our premier presentation design agency serves Fortune 1000 clients, including well-regarded companies like Mondelez International, The Hershey Company, Ferrara Candy Company, Treehouse, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Google, Gilead and others. We strive to design Presentations for our clients to help tell their high-stakes stories effectively to their internal / external audiences.

Overview

We are growing and need a Creative Lead of Presentation Design to manage all design projects (end to end ) for our major accounts. This is a Senior Leadership role that will have the ability to influence OUTKREATE’s strategy and long-term focus.

The ideal candidate is a 'whole-brain thinker' who can understand our client’s business content and can apply sound graphic / visual communication design skills to create impactful outputs.

The Creative Lead of Presentation Design should be able to quickly adapt to new types of projects, represent our team with an exemplary customer service attitude, and manage the projects throughout successful completion.

Key Functions

• Gather high level requirements on Presentation projects from clients – understanding business objectives, audience, and business content of the presentation.
• As a Creative Lead, establish how the Presentation content can be enhanced visually, and create detailed design direction (via Loom videos) for the Graphic Design team.
• Review Graphic Design team’s work, and push to enhance / elevate to meet or exceed Client’s business objectives.
• Create Visual Identity Guidelines / PPT Templates for clients
• Using hands-on Design skills, enhance or finalize Presentation or Design Outputs before packaging it for the clients.
• Other duties / skills preferred:
• Be a Coach to the design team, motivating and educating on best design practices.
• Continuously seek and deploy better ways to manage projects and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Participate in OUTKREATE’s marketing (Content for Social, Blogging, etc.).
• As a Senior Leader on OUTKREATE’s team, lead the Design department and build capabilities to achieve long-term vision (e.g. hiring, process improvements).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with a concentration in Design or related field.
• Master's degree in Design or Business-related fields a plus.
• 5+ years professional experience.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent client-facing skills and leadership qualities, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong knowledge in principles of graphic design, information layout, and presentation.
• Ability to multitask, effectively manage several projects, meet deadlines, organize, and communicate effectively and proactively.
• Proven project management track record demonstrating engagements were delivered on-time and within budget.
• Comfortable working closely with executive level clients and Subject Matter Experts.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Design suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of video production and editing a plus.
• Experience with information design/design strategy is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for Presentation Design (PowerPoint / Keynote) is a MUST, and a strong portfolio of Presentation projects is preferred, not required.
