We’re not your average gutter company, and we’re definitely not looking for average talent. We run real operations, we do quality work, and we protect homeowners with solutions that actually matter, not bandaids.
We’ve been in business for 19 years, we back our installs with lifetime warranty options, and we’re growing because we do what we say we’re going to do. If you can sell with confidence and close like a professional, you’ll do very well here.
This is not a “show up, ride around, hope someone buys” gig. This is for the rep who can walk into a neighborhood and come out with signed deals.

THE POSITION
1099 contractor
Straight commission
You’ll be given as many leads as you can handle
Some are confirmed appointments
Some are opportunities you’ll need to work, follow up, and get your foot in the door
Opportunities are endless. What you do with them is up to you.
Translation: we’ll keep the pipeline full. You’re responsible for turning it into deposits.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Running appointments and closing deals for gutters, leaf guards, repairs, and cleanings
Knocking doors when it makes sense (yes, like a grown-up)
Following up like a professional, not a ghost
Building trust fast, explaining value clearly, and asking for the sale without getting weird about it
Keeping your pipeline moving daily (consistency wins, not motivation quotes)
WHO WE WANT

A closer who can control a conversation without being a jerk
